Time Share Properties

Time shares are a different kind of property idea, and it has actually been around for decades. Steve and I have children that own time shares, and we're looking into buying for ourselves as well.

One of the best ways to purchase a time share is to get one in a location that you know you want to visit over and over again. This location can be nearby or far away. One of the benefits of a nearby location is that you can go there for quick weekends. And of course the far away locations can be dreamt about all year so you're very happy to be there at the same time each year.

  • Renting Your Own Time Share
    Renting a timeshare is a great way for you and the owner to benefit. If you are an owner in a timeshare and for some reason cannot take your yearly vacation, you can rent the time out to someone else and not have to worry about losing your money.
  • Buying A Timeshare?
    If you're considering investing in a timeshare, remember one thing: Most owners (at least my readers) either passionately hate or passionately love their timeshare. Here's why:
